BEING PROMPTED TO LIVE RIGHT IN CHRIST

The essence of having God’s grace is not to encourage us to sin but to empower us to live right in Christ. Grace is not a license for sinful living; rather, it is divine enablement for righteous living. Yes, every believer has the Spirit of Christ living in him or her, and it is the same Spirit that convicts us of sin, leads us in truth, and empowers us to live a life that pleases God.

The Holy Spirit within us continually prompts our hearts toward obedience, holiness, and spiritual maturity. When we are tempted, He gently warns us. When we stray, He draws us back. When we are weak, He strengthens us. This is the true work of grace in the life of a believer—not just forgiveness, but transformation.

To live right in Christ is to daily yield to the leading of the Spirit, allowing Him to shape our thoughts, words, and actions. As we grow in our relationship with Christ, we become more sensitive to His promptings and more aligned with His will. Through this, the nature of Christ is revealed in us, and our lives become a testimony of His saving and transforming power.

Grace does not excuse sin; grace conquers sin. And the Spirit in us continually prompts us to walk in the newness of life we have received in Christ Jesus.
